Cue-Based Feeding - Patient/Caregiver Handout

$1.00

Many babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) are not born able to eat. At about 34 weeks of age, most babies have grown in many ways (Als, 1986). In this easy-to-read handout, it is explained how neonatal therapists determine whether a baby is ready to eat.

This handout is not intended to replace medical supervision. For any questions about when and if your baby should eat safely, please refer to a speech-language pathologist for guidance.

As always, Dysphagia Outreach Project is 100% volunteer run and 100% of the proceeds of this purchase goes to support our cause by providing financial support for operations, shipping, and purchasing supplies for our recipients.

This item will be electronically delivered via a link sent to your email. The link will only be active for 24 hours.
